What I think makes GlobalTrans great really is this entrepreneurial base. They wanna march to the beat of their own drum. They wanna go do it their way, and we create the platform that enables them to do that. I've been in the freight industry for roughly almost a decade and was looking for some change in my career. I've always wanted to own my own business. I've always been an entrepreneurial minded individual. I was ready just to take my own success into my own hands. By chance ran into a couple of guys who own an agency for Global Trans. The rest is history. You can come over and become an agent of GlobalTrans and it's your own business. You have the support to really focus on growth, grow it as big as you want, hopefully more flexibility, hiring their own employees, really the sky's the limit. Technology is number one. I've seen lots of different platforms and technology platforms from being in the industry and I knew GlobalTrans was number one in my eyes. GlobalTrans has given us that opportunity by giving us multimodal solutions. They've given us great marketing tools for us to be able to grow and develop our organization. You know, I was able to do my LTL stuff, intermodal and truckload business. As we've grown over the last ten years, GlobalTran's really helped build up our confidence in understanding the truckload side of the industry. We would have tripped over ourselves a lot longer if we tried to do it on our own. And so for me that provided a lot of freedom to basically explore and figure out where we were gonna fit in the industry and know that if I don't know it now, somebody does and they're there to help me. When we evaluated it, it was about the partnership and the access to technology, the carriers, the pricing, the customer portals that helped us enhance our value prop. As a small business, you don't have all of those resources. GlobalTrans had that bundled for us and it made sense to go to market with those types of products. The support the agents get through GlobalTrans, when they come on as an agent with us, they're going have all the back office done by us, the invoicing, claims, collections, receivables. Then you have an agent development team, you have an agent training team, agent support team to make sure that that agent is ramped up, they're trained. Our team spends a lot of time with them for at least their first ninety days, help them build their very first shipments, help them get off on the right foot. In the beginning, most of us come on and we have experience in the industry, but we're still trying to grow our business and navigate different areas of the industry that you might not be as familiar with. Having GlobalTrans there, it was very easy for me to discuss certain areas of the business from like, I'm not as familiar with this. How can I walk, like how do I handle situation? So it's like we get to come in and we know what we're good at but then they really come in and provide kind of that industry support and knowledge. The people at the corporate office are very passionate about the success of the agents because at the end of the day the success of the agent also means that Global Trans is successful. The Global Trans Agent Network is we use the term Global Trans Family a lot because a lot of these agents have been here longer than I have and it's cool to see the older tenured agents speaking with the newer agents that might have just come on a couple months ago. The people that have been there for quite a while, they will embrace the new agents that come in and try and help them along and maybe say, Hey, if you have a problem, feel free to reach out. I've probably experienced it before. And they can share that information, which really helps young agents and new agents to come in and achieve their success and what their goals are faster than probably otherwise would be able to. Other agencies we get together once or twice a year and we exchange ideas on how to grow their business and what works for them. I can't believe they share the information because before everybody was secretive and you don't want to share any of your trade secrets. And here everybody's willing to share the information. It's really been eye opening. There's no reason for us to compete against each other if we can cooperate and be better not only for ourselves and our families but for Global Trans as well. One of the best things about Global Trans is we're all aligned in the same vision. Moving forward, becoming successful, creating successful agencies to really take their career, their opportunity, their business ownership to the next level.
