My name is Brandy Melis and my company's name is EGM Transportation and I've been with GlobalTrans, I guess, almost three years now. Well, I've been in logistics for twenty two years. I was ready just to take my own success into my own hands, just to have all that control, to be able to make the future what I want it to be. It is definitely giving me a different sense of freedom, and it's allowing me to control my own path way. They definitely give me the back office support that I need when I need it. So I feel it's very important and with my knowledge, I can kind of manage most situations, but there comes times where you just need that corporate support to say, Hey, I need help. And they definitely have been there, you know, step in and resolve issues when we need to resolve issues. If you're thinking about it and you're really at that point where you're just not sure, just don't wait. Take that leap of faith because you'll be glad you did.

The one word I would use to describe the partnership is actually partnership. They are always there and they're always ready to help us. I could pick up the phone, you know, and talk to the COO or CEO tomorrow and they would be willing to help. And I'd say confidence. The longer you're here and the more you see the support and the things they do to help grow your agency, it just gives a lot of confidence. And for me, confidence breathes into everything else.
